Today it took you a while to walk up the stairs,, maybe in several days it will be easier. Foot and ankle pain is just considered part of the procedure.

But now I like to take a more proactive alternative. Although rest is a normal functioning part of recovery from your injury, rehabilitation is very important. Products and solutions don’t start moving that ankle around, the muscles will become static, lose strength, and it will take more time get in order to you old self. I a nurse recommend massaging the ankle (firm on the other hand rough), stretching, and small exercises generate up energy. Although initially I resisted, thinking always be only make my foot and ankle pain worse, she finally convinced me and Irealised i was surprised in the amazing advantages! The idea is that if you don’t push you to ultimately recover, your ankle needs the easy road to recover to a state of only what’s a necessity. I mean that should can walk up a direct flight ticket of stairs, but you can feel the stress in your ankle, wants that you walk up, but would it not be better if if you can run via a flight?

That’s why when I sprained my ankle a few months ago, after the 48 hour resting period I immediately began exercising my ankle. Nothing stressful of course.maybe walking to the kitchen, returning to “draw invisible circles” with my big toe, on one foot, and other simple but painful exercise. In just a full week I was walking and down stairs with little pain and in two weeks time I’m jogging for a second time. The ankle stayed swollen for a relatively good time but i continued with massages and also the size eventually returned to normalcy. Much faster recover than anything I read online.
